This mixer is used in the processing of lethal and sensitive heterogenous compounds, like dried fillers and binders/resins with low to medium viscosity in vacuum conditions.

Products Functioning:

A uniform mix is obtained by mixing the ingredients thoroughly. The compositions viscosity can vary from 50 poises to 80000 poises 25°C. Mixing is carried out under high vacuum of 0.1 mm of Hg, to remove moisture and occluded gas / air from high viscosity composition. Initial hot water circulation through mixer jacket is important for viscous compositions. Sudden rise in viscosity after addition of curing agents can be avoided by cold water circulation through jacket.
