Rotary Vacuum Dryer (RVD), a type of dryer is operational under vacuum. This dryer allows to dry heat sensitive materials below boiling points of solvents and water. RVD is applicable in many industries, for instance:

A superior quality RVD is available with us, in a capacity ranging from 0.5m3 to 10.0m3. It makes it possible to dry heat sensitive materials at well below boiling points of solvents as well as water. It is based on the material to be dried, required final moisture content, permissible jacket temperature and amount of water or solvent to be removed, that drying time is calculated. We make available this dryer in sizes, ranging from 100 liters to 20,000 liters gross volume. The volume of wet material filled into the dryer is restricted to approximately 40-45% of gross volume.
